Pay on delivery
You can pay for your order upon delivery to your place by paying the total amount to the courier company employee. This type of payment is for cash only and the charge is € 1.50.
For large orders where the package is heavy (usually over 7 kg) or is considered high Volumetric Weight (volume or weight) we use Transport Agencies, depending on the area where the delivery is intended. In this case, cash on delivery is not valid as a method of payment, but deposit with the Bank or payment by debit / credit card is valid.

For transfers from another Bank, the bank charges are paid entirely by you.
Payment by Debit or Credit Card
You can pay for your order with a debit or credit card Visa, Mastercard, Diners and American Express etc in the secure environment of EUROBANK.
We deliver our products to all areas in Greece.
For the fast and reliable transfer of our products we have chosen the ACS Courier.
Delivery of the order takes place within 2-5 working days. In remote or inaccessible areas (remote or island areas), delivery can take place a little later.
The above delivery deadlines do not apply during periods of extreme weather or strikes and in any case of force majeure, which may affect transport times.
Shipping costs within Greece are € 4 for orders worth up to € 20. *
For orders over 20 € you are not charged with shipping costs. *
* In inaccessible areas, pick-up is required from the nearest ACS Courier store. Delivery of the order to the address located in the inaccessible area will be charged to the shipping costs and will be charged to the customer. The cost in this case depends on the distance from the nearest ACS Courier store and the weight of the parcel.
The customer has the option to cancel his order by phone or email within 24 hours from the time of dispatch. The customer reserves the right to withdraw and cancel the order until the shipping process begins. In case the shipping process has started, the customer can return the product by paying the shipping cost of returning the products. The customer is responsible for any damage caused to the Company by cancellation of the order. In some order cases, a deposit may be required. In any case, the return of the products will not be accepted after three (3) calendar days. At the same time, the product must not be damaged and must have all the original documents that accompanied the product and its complete packaging. In case the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the Company has the right to unilaterally and unequivocally make a total or partial set-off of its claim against the customer.
In cases where you have placed an online order and upon receipt you find that one (or some) product is missing from the total order, please contact us to arrange all the required details and we will send you the products you did not receive without any extra charge.
